Izabela Zatorska - the best in the history of Polish mountain runner . It is considered a precursor of this sport in Poland. Iza wants to prove that it is never too late to fulfill their dreams . He wants to run up on Elbrus and attempt to break the world record among women. Iza runs for 35 years . Adventure started running at the age of 15 years. I love what I do , it is my great passion - says Iza . With the success competed on the track , in cross country and cyclo-cross street but love found in mountain running . Trail running is a space that is the beauty that surrounds us. It is the contact with nature and the element . Each course is different and always in the mountains is important that first of all fighting with each other before any rival - emphasizes competitor .

Run up on Elbrus was my little dream , that no one had to know. That dream was deep in my heart . I wanted to realize the dream itself . Buy a plane ticket , take the backpack and run up there . - Says Iza . Tiny dream grew , however, the great expedition . Seventeen years after winning the silver medal in the World Championships in cross country mountain Iza still has something to prove. The most outstanding Polish mountain runner tries to beat the world record among women , which is 4 hours 22 minutes and 10 seconds. It is only 12 kilometers. It is this time talking about the weight of what this mountain brings.

We made a joint decision to the main event which is the Elbrus -Race in September 2016 years preceded by a series of prologues , which have a graduate level of preparation and form of players for the main course . - Says Boguslaw Pleskacz - the organizer of the project Elbrus - Zatorska 2016 the owner of travel agency Eko - Karpaty .

Before Iza face the Elbrus scores three other peaks . The first was Nosal in Zakopane ( 1206 meters ) . On April 1 race held in August , which was attended by young athletes . It was to be the promotion of physical activity and cross-country mountain among young people and adults.

Another of the prologues was running on Hoverla , beautiful mountain in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains and the highest peak of Ukraine. Hoverla is one of the heavier mountains to conquer. The course was about 8 km and the elevation of 1200 meters. - Reports after the race Iza . Participation in the race took eighty players from the Polish and Ukrainian . Among them were professionals like Valentina Shevchenko. The Ukrainian cross-country ski proved to be the winner of the race on Hoverla . Isabella Zatorska was second . The competition was amazing . I think the second place in the race so firmly planted on such a beautiful mountain as Hoverla is something incredible - he says with a smile on his face Polish rider .

On July 2, held the third and last prologue before going to the Caucasus .

Iza won the top in a great mood. This is evidenced by the fact that she took a dress and high heels on top. It demonstrates the determination of the players before taking part in the Elbrus -Race .

'' I promised myself that if I run on Elbrus I'll take with me and I'll wear one of my favorite dresses ''
